Peacock Landscape Services started in 2014 with one principle: every landscape worth building should start with a plan. Over the next decade, we built a company around that idea — five connected divisions, one standard, and a team that treats every property like it represents something more than the lawn it sits on.
Today, we design, install, and care for landscapes across Sarasota County's coastal communities and Lakewood Ranch. From beachfront homes on Siesta Key to manicured grounds in Lakewood Ranch. From private residences to HOAs and commercial properties. The scope changes every time. The standard never does.
We're family-run, design-led, and built around the property. Every project starts with a plan, and every plan starts with the property itself — its light, its soil, its setting, and the people who live or work on it.

Led by Ryan Peacock
Peacock Landscape Services is led by Ryan Peacock, founder and lead designer. Ryan started the company in 2014 with one goal: bringing design-led thinking to a market full of maintenance-first contractors. A decade later, that idea has grown into a five-division landscape company serving Sarasota County and Lakewood Ranch — but the principle hasn't changed. Every Peacock project still starts with a plan, drawn by Ryan, walked by Ryan, and built by a team that takes the property as seriously as the design.
